Celebrate Memorial Day Weekend in Fairfield County
Jump into summer this weekend by celebrating Memorial Day! Not sure what your plans are yet? Don’t worry - we’ve gathered some fun festivities happening in Fairfield County all the way through Monday.
Here are just a few things you can do:
Danbury City Fair. Looking for some family fun? Enjoy food, games, rides, and more at one of the most popular annual fairs in the area, which begins today!
Down on the Farm at Darien Nature Center. Step outside in the sun this Saturday for pony rides, face painting, a petting zoo, and more. For just a small fee, you can have an entire day’s worth of activities - a great option for family and friends!
Zumba Kids at Stepping Stones. Dance your way through the weekend at this fitness party! Zumba Kids starts on Sunday at 1:30PM and is free when you enter with an admission to the Stepping Stones Museum.
Fairfield Memorial Day Parade. Celebrate our veterans by joining the annual Memorial Day parade in Fairfield County on Monday morning. This parade features veterans, military units, community groups, and the Fairfield High School Marching Band. What a better way to end a long weekend than to surround yourself with friends, family, and neighbors!
